Stumble It!
Had to share the cupcakes I made for my daughter's birthday. She is at horse camp for two weeks (first time away for that long and away on her birthday, snif snif) but I will be taking these up to her this evening.
By her request we have mounds cupcakes with a coconut filling and a chocolate/coconut cream swirl butter cream & Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting. I now know why all those bakeries get big bucks for their cakes, HOLY CRAP!!! It took me 3 hours to do all those horse heads and my back is not happy with me today either.
I think she is going to love them and she will have her own mini cake with the jumper chocolate disc. Happy Birthday my sweet daughter, hope 11 is even better than 10!!!
