WOW!!! The first few month of this year have been CRAZY!!!! I have tried to find time to blog, even bake but life keeps getting in the way, gosh darn it!!! I started a local chapter of Iron Cupcake - Anacortes and we had our first challenge this month: Luck of the Irish. It was fun and we have even more bakers for our next one. Our local coffee company, Fidalgo Bay Roasting Company is sponsoring us so as you might guess our secret ingredient is COFFEE!! Can't wait to taste these entries!
