Stumble It!
Well this really sucked!!! Last month I made the most fabulous Chocolate Port Cupcake and this month is WINE!!!! Yes I am whining about it because I don't want to do wine again!!! I am also a bit crabby because I went back to Weight Watchers Jan 2, so no more eating what I bake, I have to limit myself to 1 because I must taste everything I bake to make sure it worked, RIGHT?!?! But really who wants to stop at just one!! So all my friends are being sabotaged with my baked goods so I can get them out of my house!!! My hubby & daughter are not big sweets eaters (Where did I go wrong) so I know if the cupcakes stay they will get eaten by me, weak that I am when it comes to sweets!!!
While baking is a passion, creating recipes that are low in points for Weight Watchers is another. You might want to checkout my other blog, But Weight I can eat that, for recipes that have all been adapted for WW and they include points! So this month I decided to create a cupcake that I could eat on WW and not give up the 10-15 points for one regular cupcake, and that is being modest when is comes to the points! So here we have it, a 3 point cupcake, YES YOU HEARD ME, 3 points for the ENTIRE CUPCAKE!! So get out your strawberries and retired cupcake pans and have a cupcake on me ... heck for 2 more points, drink that 4 oz of champagne that is leftover with your cupcake, your worth it!!!!!

I soooo wanted to try this one- looks terribly scrumptious - but I have no idea what most of the ingredients are!! Light White cake mix? Egg Beaters? Cool Whip? none of these are available here
